1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (a background in agriculture is a plus).
2. 3+ years of experience in marketing communication, with a proven track record in managing on-site and online campaigns. 3. Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and working with external agencies for campaign execution.
4. Basic skills in Photoshop or Illustrator to make minor content adjustments when required.
5. Strong project management skills to coordinate with agencies and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
6. Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to balance traditional and digital communication methods.
