Job Summary:
As a Leasing Associate, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and occupancy of premier retail properties across Thailand. You will actively identify, engage, and secure both local and international brands, while building strong relationships with landlords and retail professionals. This role calls for a proactive, results-oriented approach, blending market insights with strong communication and negotiation skills to deliver smooth, professional service throughout the leasing process and ensure successful outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sourcing and attracting potential tenants for retail spaces.
• Actively seek, pitch, and close new tenants and brand partnerships.
• Prepare leasing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate site visits, tenant meetings, and negotiation processes.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, and internal departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.
• Monitoring occupancy rates, rental performance, and market trends.
• Actively socialize and build relationships with retail professionals, both brands and landlords, to expand market reach and business opportunities.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be able to drive and own a car.
