About Our Group:
Seagate's Operations Quality & Analytics (OQ&A) is a global organization which helps to protect and improve Seagate’s Total Customer Experience. Develop, deploy, and sustain effective End-To-End quality analytics and processes to provide trusted, actionable information which enabling early detection and prevention of HDD/SSD/System issues.
Factory Quality Outgoing DPPM Test (ODT), is a subgroup of OQ&A global team which perform drive quality testing as an outgoing QA gate to detect and define quality problems, measuring the outgoing DPPM level of the product and driving Corrective/Preventive actions to improve product quality.
About the Role – You will:
● Perform drive quality (ODT) testing and continuously monitor the product performance.
● Apply End to End data analytics for the root cause investigation and validation.
● Working with FA / Product / Design engineering team for root cause understanding and Corrective/Preventive action providing.
● Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure ODT test plan and performance meet the requirement and customer expectation.
About You:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering fields or equivalent engineering discipline.
● Interested in HDD/SDD/System industry and technology.
● Relatively good in data analysis and problem-solving, good creativity, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities.
● Good communication in both Thai and English languages, good interpersonal skills.
Your May Also Have:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Relatively good in Programing and statistical knowledge are preferred.
