

- The main task would be to ensure presenting the correct picture of the regional (A&O) performance from a profit perspective (company and product basis) tracking the same vs various planning scenarios and prior periods for e.g. (Business Planning, Forecasting, Landing Outlook, Mid Term Planning, Actual reporting etc.)
- Support the regional M&S team by validating all markets financial performance especially during the detailed Quarterly Reporting Management (QRM) process
- Collaboratively work and the Nissan Way following; it would be essential to bring alignment in the regional concepts and ensuring the same are followed across all markets and to be compliant with the company's governance rules and regulations
- Create a conducive atmosphere for cross functional working in various aspects of M&S business, like volume planning to be aligned with Plant production capacity, product axis functional responsibilities are aligned with market / regional axis responsibilities, Functional axis is aligned with regional axis
- Manage the Profit performance target evaluation from an M&S Controlling perspective keeping a close evaluation on VME and FMI spends, challenging the markets with appropriate measures and suggesting countermeasures to the management team for ensuring year-end target achievement
- Provide product profitability analysis which are presented to the Global HQ on a periodic basis to ensure most up to date and correct information is captured and analyzed
- Act as a people manager position and therefore requires the incumbent to take responsibility for personnel management of its team member and bring alignment provide coaching and mentoring support to the team in order to enable them in performing their jobs effectively and efficiently.
- Support the team’s actions by enhancing the performance through systems implementation, implementing ideas generated for process improvement and contributing to the department performance by providing ideas for value creation
- Participate in volume planning discussions for all A&O markets and understand the implications resulting out of plant production capacity, engine mix, country mix and model mix changes. Financial impact from such volume drivers will need to be explained in detail to the M&S team after alignment with the markets and production companies.
- Drive the net revenue analysis discussions to explain the effects out of volume, model mix, grade mix, pricing, and improvements in profit through each product features and pricing effects from Raw material
- Manage complexity of different market dynamics and understanding effects from FX fluctuations and product competitiveness across the region that drive the volumes, price positioning and marketing & sales expenses on a model level
- Bachelor and Master level in Finance, or similar fields.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance controlling / Cost & Budget controlling
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, fast learning with flexible in portfolio assignment from executives
- Ability to work effectively in team environment, with multiple priorities and specific deadlines
- Positive attitude, exact, well-organized with good written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding collaboration, interpersonal, managerial and leadership potential skills
- Experience in large multi-national company
- Familiarity with automotive business and Project management would be an advantage
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written with computer literacy
- Computer literacy especially MS Excel (Advanced), MS Power Point (Advanced), SAP (Intermediate)
