- Manage active retail Hire Purchase (HP), leasing and fleet customer in term of payment following up by both in-house and outsource vendor and ensure the collection processes comply with related laws and regulations and achieve company target in term of % delinquency, net credit loss, etc.
- Manage inactive account by apply litigation processes, other means to maximize recovery from those default customers
- Manage all related fees that will be paid to any outsources, i.e. collection & legal outsources and auction house transparency by benchmarking with other captives
- Manage repo car and stock at auction to maximize the auction price at auction in appropriate time required by law
- Continuously improve collection and litigation processes by encouraging teamwork
- Develop and revised policies and procedures whenever having new process or any changes in new process
- Coordinate with related government offices, i.e. Consumer protection office, Police bureau, narcotic office, etc. when there is any issues from those offices
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Field
- Good command of English
- At least 10 years management experience in related credit fields from finance company or banking
- Strong leadership skills with great team player and team building
- Proven process improvement skills
