หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

• Support employee filing and documentation tasks

• Assist in managing and responding to employee queries in a timely manner

• Help maintain and update HR data in Workday and Engage systems

• Coordinate with HR team on day-to-day administrative activities

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records

• Provide general support for HR projects and initiatives

คุณสมบัติ

• Currently pursuing a Vocational or High Vocational in Business Administration or related field

• Basic understanding of HR processes and administrative tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
