Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager - RCG

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including financial planning, and budgeting.
• Manage the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with applicable standards.
• Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors.
• Review and approve all financial reporting materials and metrics for funding organizations.
• Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or Master’s Degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5-7 years of accounting and finance experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Excellent management capabilities, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
