• Managing the recruitment administrative process and ensuring the appropriate requisition forms, statistics of people movement and new employee in formation are all order.

• Formulating and implementing improvement initiatives relating to payroll, annual leave tracking, time attendance etc.
• Controlling adherence to local laws by ensuring timely and accurate submission of taxation, social security and provident fund reports to the respective authority.
• Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of monthly Human Resource reports, Safety Reports etc.
• Overseeing the general affairs and employee welfare amenities at the plant.
