1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
• Support new employee onboarding by preparing offer letters, contracts, and orientation programs.
• Maintain an applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, HR policies, and workplace concerns.
• Assist in handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
3. Payroll & Benefits Administration
• Assist in preparing payroll data, attendance tracking, overtime calculations, and leave management.
• Ensure accurate processing of employee benefits, social security, and tax deductions.
• Help manage employee insurance, medical claims, and other benefits programs.
4. HR Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and personal files in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure HR policies align with labor laws, company regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, employee statistics, and legal compliance documents.
5. Performance Management & Training Support
• Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely completion of evaluations.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and career development programs.
• Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
6. HR System & Process Improvement
• Ensure proper use of HR software (HRIS) and employee self-service systems.
• Identify and recommend improvements for HR workflows and administrative processes.
• Support HR digitalization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
7. Coordination with HR & Other Departments
• Work closely with the HR Manager and HR team to implement HR strategies.
• Collaborate with finance for payroll processing and budget tracking.
• Support HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:-
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, recruitment, or employee relations.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or service industries is a plus.
Technical Skills:
• Knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS), payroll software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of payroll processing and tax deductions.
Soft Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
