This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building relationships with clients, and overseeing a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's food and beverage products and services, and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
• Skills: • Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Toeic Score of 700+
