To responsible for overseeing the electrical engineering team, ensuring all electrical projects and tasks comply with company policy.
Job Accountabilities :
Key Responsibilities:
o Team Leadership and Supervision:
o Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical engineering team.
o Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and technical support to team members.
o Lead or support electrical projects, including system upgrades, new installations, and energy efficiency initiatives.
o Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all electrical systems and equipment.
o Ensure quick and effective resolution of electrical issues to minimize downtime.
o Monitor electrical performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
o Identify opportunities to optimize energy usage and reduce operational costs.
o Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve electrical systems and support automation initiatives.
o Maintain accurate records of electrical equipment, maintenance schedules, and completed tasks.
o Generate reports on team performance, system reliability, and project progress.
o Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for electrical work.
o Ensure all electrical systems and work processes comply with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
o Conduct routine safety inspections and audits of electrical systems and team practices.
o Promote a culture of safety awareness and risk mitigation.
o Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with production processes.
o Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
o Conduct training to enhance team skills and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
