The HRM Manager is responsible for managing and developing the human resources system, with a primary focus on
Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management System (PMS), and Payroll Implementation. The role ensures that HR policies align with company strategies while complying with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Management
- Design and develop compensation and benefits policies that align with market standards and company strategy.
- Analyze and adjust salary structures to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Manage bonus programs, annual salary adjustments, and employee benefits.
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Plan, develop, and implement an effective Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with business goals.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting and performance evaluations.
- Analyze performance assessment results and propose strategies to enhance employee efficiency.
Payroll Implementation (is a plus)
- Oversee and improve the Payroll System to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify salary calculations, overtime payments, bonuses, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounting departments for payroll disbursement, tax filing, and fund contributions.
Compliance with Labor Laws
- Ensure HR operations comply with labor laws and relevant regulations.
- Act as an advisor to management and employees on labor law matters.
HR Team Management and Development
- Provide guidance and develop HR team members to effectively manage C&B, PMS, and Payroll operations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop policies and projects related to human resources.
