• Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
• Keep records and reports up to date.
• Organize and schedule meetings and events.
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
• Assist in preparing user access request forms and tracking approval workflows.
• Maintain internal records and documentation of system users and access rights.
• Prepare and update meeting minutes and reports.
• Support project in coordinating testing schedules and following up on task status.
• Coordinate with users and teams to gather documentation.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.
