Job Purpose
Responsible for analyzing sales and marketing data.
Ability to understand both external and internal company databases for analysis, proposing alternatives, and driving towards goal achievement.
Ability to communicate marketing strategies in line with company policies, including products, for planning and creating marketing materials.
Detailed Duties & Responsibilities
1. Understand, support, and follow the department's operational plan to achieve the defined goals.
2. Collect data from marketing activities and create reports effectively.
3. Analyze marketing data in line with the plan.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies, and execute marketing plans to promote AGC Flat Glass products and services.
5. Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer demand trends and competitive conditions.
6. Collaboration: Work with the sales, product development, and other teams to ensure marketing is aligned with business objectives.
7. Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
8. Procurement and hiring in accordance with regulations and laws to ensure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
9. Manage documentation in accordance with company regulations accurately and on time.
10. Effectively communicate and provide product information to external customers.
11. Manage the glass sample management system efficiently and produce summary reports.
12. Perform other special assignments as delegated by the supervisor.
13. Present content with appropriate communication through social media channels to support the department's work.
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Major: Marketing or related fields
Work Experience: Experience in marketing
Years of Experience: 0-3 years
** TOEIC score 500 upward
Required Competencies
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with professionalism. Responsible and able to work independently as well as being an excellent team player.
2. Ability to use marketing communication tools on digital marketing platforms.
3. Ability to use analytical tools and present data effectively.
4. Ability to create engaging content.
5. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
