
- Primary function is to handle oversea purchasing process, sourcing new suppliers / product, import process, claim process and documentation.
- In charge of issuing of Purchase orders and Monitoring and controlling all oversea purchasing procedures.
- Communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping and internal partners for all business relevant matters.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Designer teams, marketing teams, Sales teams, Accounting teams, and Warehouse teams to ensure the smooth execution of the daily operation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and Shipping to ensure necessary shipping documents are provided for smooth customs clearance.
- Responsibilities in relation to the purchase of goods and services, cost-effectiveness and meeting the user requirement.
- Responsibility for selecting new suppliers, handle price negotiations, oversea purchasing process, and delivery planning to meet user requirements.
- Compare freight, Costing, Prepare shipping documentation for Accounting Coordinate with warehouse to ensure timely each shipment
- Other assigned task.
- Male/Female Not over 30 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Experience at least 2-3 years in oversea purchasing, logistics, import-export or relevant fields.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skill.
- Able to work independently, be part of team and work under pressure.
- Fast learning, service-minded, self –development, energetic, high responsible and accuracy.
- Understanding Oversea Purchasing and Import process.
- Computer literate in MS Office, such as MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS. Outlook will be advantage.
- Can start immediately.
