1.Oversee All Accounting Operations
- Ensure accurate financial records in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and International Accounting Standards (IAS)
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
2.Budgeting and Cost Control
- Prepare and manage annual budgets
- Monitor actual spending and ensure alignment with budget plans
3.Manage Manufacturing Cost Accounting
- Analyze and monitor product costing
- Maintain accurate cost records in a manufacturing environment
4.Lead and Develop Accounting Team
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team to improve skills and performance
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
5.Strategic Financial Planning
- Support management with financial forecasts and strategic financial analysis
- Align financial goals with the company’s overall business strategy
6.ERP System Management
- Administer finance/accounting modules in ERP systems
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for ERP implementation or improvement
7.Ensure Compliance and Regulatory Reporting
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and international reporting standards
8.Project Management
- Lead or support financial process improvement initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional or ERP implementation projects
