Import & Export Supervisor
บริษัท นิลฟิสก์ จำกัด- Supervise and manage the end-to-end import and export process, including booking shipments, preparing shipping documents, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
- Monitor shipment schedules to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to resolve any issues.
- Oversee HS code classification, duty/tax calculations, and trade agreements applications (if applicable).
- Prepare and review import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, B/L, COO, permits, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation to avoid delays or penalties.
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations, free trade agreements (FTA), and government policies.
- Maintain proper records of all import/export transactions in compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Warehouse) to align shipping schedules and requirements.
- Provide regular shipment status reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve discrepancies, disputes, or delays with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export or logistics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, INCOTERMS, shipping documentation, and trade compliance.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Navision systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills in both [local language] and English.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
