- Responsibilities
- Supervises 100+ personnel with the nature of their work supervised as varied and diversified.
- Quality and Safety Control
- Conducts Risk Assessment on the Process concerning safety, quality and productivity.
- Reports any kind of accident either minor or major and assures making of corrective and preventive action.
- Planning
- Knows and share company's mission and vision and department's goals and objectives.
- Suggests recovery plan suggested if there is any delay in KPIs.
- Suggests plan to improve members' skill and abilities thru providing needed trainings.
- Organizing
- Delegates responsibilities for people empowerment.
- Establishes good organizational structures.
- Reminds company's/department's culture as discipline to members.
- Initiates disciplinary action when necessary.
- Leading
- Build team spirit, motivate subordinates, keep section targets achievable.
- Influences and overseas the behavior of the subordinates in achieving the company's goals.
- Recognizes and feedback both outstanding and poor job performance.
- Makes effective communication as tool in maintaining a productive working environment.
- Ensures that the objective of production support will be met
- Conducts regular ability and performance evaluation.
- Provides counseling to subordinates and/or refers to HR when necessary.
- Coordinates with other departments to resolve any shift issues.
- Controlling
- Establishes and monitors performance indices based on the company's/department's objectives.
- Assures compliance to Quality Management System (QMS).
- Makes, implements, and confirms cost down and continuous improvement activities/projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related filed.
- Direct experience 5-10 years in electronics production /production control or related functions.
- Have Industry knowledge
- Able to work in Lamphun province.
- Excellent organizational and leaderships abilities and supervisory skills
- Able to plan, execute and monitoring the production result and ensure that it meets delivery target and able to coordinate with various departments.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Strong English abilities with a TOEIC score of 500 or higher will be prioritized.
- Knowledgeable in Production set-up.
- Good teamwork and Team Management skill.
