The Opportunity
This role is a launchpad for your career in e-commerce management. You will begin by establishing and scaling our livestream business across platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. You will be instrumental in taking ownership of daily execution and operational strategy, allowing our current leadership to focus on broader strategic expansion. Once you've mastered the livestream channel, you will develop into an E-commerce Operations Specialist, taking full ownership of our TikTok Shop performance and strategy, and eventually mentoring others.
A) What You'll Be Doing (Initial Focus: Livestream Management)
Your first mission is to drive the success of our live commerce channel.
1. Livestream Strategy & Execution: Develop a strategic plan for all livestream operations. You will manage the entire schedule, including managing and coordinating our Livestream MCs and Producers.
2. Performance & Quality: Be hands-on in ensuring the consistent quality of our livestreams and achieving sales targets.
3. Campaign Execution: Lead the preparation and execution of livestream-related promotions and campaigns.
4. Pricing & Promotions: Ensure accurate NSP (Net Selling Price) control and proper setup of promotions within the marketplace backends.
