หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1.Oversees the full scope of human resources.

2.Provide and recommendation to other management on human resource management issues.

3.Execute and monitor activities on health,safety and environment affaire.

4.Enforce company working rules and regulations and ensure that these are up-dated.

5.Enforce and supervise the impletation of company communication system to ensure good relation between employee and management or company.

6.Develop humen resource development policy to enhance employee's skills and knowledge.

7.Management support to top management or other activities as needed.

คุณสมบัติ

1.Male Age 38-45 yeas.

2.Bachelor's degree or business management/human resources management

3.Well-versd with labour law,social benefit regulations.

4.5 years Experience in Human resources management of Automotive Industry and Knowledge.

5.Knowledge system ISO9001 : 2015

6.Problems solving systematically and analytically.

7.Develop human resource development policy to enhance employee's skills and knowledge.

8.Able to work under pressure,problems solving systematically and analytically.
