• Study customer behaviors, Health and wellness trend and competitor analysis not only in life insurance market but also in relevant industries to develop Health and Wellness proposition of SE Life.
• Explore and develop partnership with Health and Wellness partners to strengthen product value proposition.
• Implement Health & Wellness Ecosystem.
• Enhance Health and wellness experience to all stakeholders; staffs, distributors, and customers.
Key responsibility
1. Develop long-term and short-term strategies to promote health and wellness initiatives aligning strategies with the company's overall goals and objectives.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging health and wellness trends and opportunities
3. Design, implement, and manage health and wellness programs/ platform and ecosystem.
4. Create and execute marketing plans for privilege launches, ensuring all aspects of the launch are coordinated and aligned.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professional partners and wellness experts to develop effective programs.
6. Create marketing materials and communication campaigns to promote health and wellness initiatives by Utilizing various channels such as social media, email newsletters, and events to engage policyholders and stakeholders. Meanwhile, educate employees and agents about available health and wellness program.
7. Collaborate with other departments within the company to integrate health and wellness components into existing products and services. Work closely with Customer engagement & Retention Section.
8. Identify potential partners such as healthcare providers, fitness centers, and wellness organizations then establish and maintain partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of health and wellness initiatives.
Functional Competency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience in product marketing within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and their features.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools. Experience in managing Line Official Account is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
