Customer Coordination: Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any required documentation.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the fleet inventory, ensuring that vehicles are available and ready for delivery according to sales agreements.
Reporting: Generate and maintain sales reports, tracking key metrics such as sales volume, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to fleet sales, including contracts, invoices, and vehicle registration documents.
Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with the operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues related to fleet sales promptly and professionally.
Compliance: Ensure all sales processes and documentation adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Knowledge of the used car industry and fleet management is a plus.
