3.Provide annual manpower plan in accordance with company's target and requirement.
4.Provide a job advertisement for vacancy positions via social media platforms such as Jobthai, Facebook, JobsDB Etc.
5.Create training plans to improve employees' knowledge and abilities to achieve the company's requirement.
6.Contact to the lecturer or related training agencies to conduct the training.
1.Bachelor's Degree in Social science or related field.
2.At least 1 year experience in recruiting and training field.
3.Ability to use the computer in the office.
4.Able to communicate in English or Chinese (speaking/reading/writing).
5.Good interpersonal skills.
