- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and enhance reliability, particularly for electrical components.
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, repair & overhauling equipment, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with production to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
- Involvement in equipment or plant modification & improvement programs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications made on machinery and electrical systems, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineer, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical field, particularly in machine maintenance and electrical system repair, preferably in dairy and beverage manufacturing.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, machine maintenance, electrical power systems, and control programming.
