Not only that the firm now introduces a product line dedicated to Internet of Things (IoT), but it also joins forces with partners in achieving the synergy from its hardware, software and service strengths plus great platforms. Our product range expands from computer notebooks to various kinds of IoT devices such as Xplova for cyclist, Pawbo which is an efficient assistant in pet care and Acer Cloud Professor ,an educational module that encourages creativity and problem-solving skills among its users. We have started the distribution of all these products since early 2017.

We have won these awards consecutively for seven , three and six years respectively, which reaffirms not only the strong position of Acer in Thailand but also the high levels of trust Thai consumers have in the brand.

Job Purpose
Direct all work performed in the High point project and to supervise all areas of operation
include technical service. Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer
satisfaction and proper team operation. Deal with the partners to solve the problem for the
customers. Hand-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the
business by implementing strategies that increase productivity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, inventory .
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Share knowledge with our partners and regional office on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Improve the presence and reputation of the company
- Provide reports on market movement and penetration
- Minimum education requirement : Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technology
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Customer Service Management
- Language : Good command of English
- Computer : Strong in Microsoft Office
- Special competence required : Strong leadership, Good presentation skill & Project Management, Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills and Team player
