- Plan and execute recruitment processes to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with department managers to analyze manpower needs and define candidate qualifications.
- Create and post job advertisements through various channels (Job boards, Social Media, Company website, etc.).
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and decision-makers.
- Prepare necessary hiring documents (Offer letters, Employment contracts).
- Maintain candidate database and provide recruitment reports to management.
- Continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and social media platforms.
