Job Summary
We’re seeking a proactive team player to join us. This role involves serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to organizational advancement. Collaborating closely with the CEO team, you'll enhance operational excellence by improving the quality and quantity of HR initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
1.) Employee Relation & Engagement (40%)
- Be a point of contact for employees in HR-related matters; policies, processes, procedures, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and confidential manner.
- Foster strong relationships with employees to understand and address their concerns and ensure they feel supported.
- Lead and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, communication, satisfaction, retention, including deploying the organization's culture.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and termination procedures, and identify areas for improvement.

2.) HR Administration (40%)
- Provide HR-related documents, reports, and information to stakeholders; issue employment certificates, employment of contact, maintain filing systems and HR databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and attendance records, etc.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

3.) Training and Organization Development (20%)
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement programs, promote company culture, and facilitate training and development activities.
- Coordinate the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding process, and complete hiring administrative tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR team.
