Location: Beautiful, international-style office in Thong Lo (direct BTS access)

We are Bangkok Matching, Thailand’s leading high-end matchmaking company. We are expanding and urgently seeking a Sales Executive / Customer Support who speaks, reads, and writes English fluently and accurately.

Main Job Description

If you're talkative, hardworking, service-minded, detail-oriented, systematic, and enjoy engaging with people – come join our team!
Living near the office or a BTS station is a plus.
Can Start Work Immediately would be advantage;
No need to search for clients — they contact us directly. Your role is simply to explain and provide them with matchmaking service information.
Explaining and giving service information to both Thai and Foreign Clients on Phone Call, VDO call or in person in the office;
Have an one on one meeting and interviewing Foreign Clients on the phone, VDO Call or in the office for about 2 hours.
Matching Clients per their requirement after selling matchmaking package.
Our Office is located by Thonglor BTS. Please apply only you are sure you are happy to travel to the office.

คุณสมบัติ

Female, aged 30–38, cheerful, bright personality, confident speaker
Excellent command of English – spoken, written, and grammatical accuracy is essential. (Graduates from overseas universities are strongly preferred as you will regularly meet and consult with global CEOs)

High level of common sense
Strong communication and speaking skills, tactful and witty
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Hospitality, Marketing)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in sales and customer service (Preferably with high-end clientele)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), LINE Official, WhatsApp, and tech-savvy
Detail-oriented and highly organized with documentation and data
Outgoing and confident
Mature, composed, and able to interact with VIPs (e.g., CEOs, diplomats, celebrities)
Excellent emotional control and service mindset
Creative and enjoys presenting herself professionally
Enjoys fashion and dressing well; willing to maintain a professional appearance daily
Mentally healthy – must not suffer from anxiety, depression, panic disorder, or chronic migraines
Self-disciplined, highly responsible, and not prone to absenteeism or shirking work
Non-smoker, including vape products
No tattoos and no plans to get any
Not addicted to phones, chats, or social media during work hours; no side jobs allowed during office time
Must not let personal or family issues interfere with work
Emotionally resilient under pressure – especially from client expectations
Preferably in a committed relationship or married

Compensation & Benefits:

Based Salary: THB 25,000–30,000/month (depending on experience & skills) + Commission: THB 3,000–70,000++/month (paid quarterly, based on your own performance)
