- Develop and validate new test methods, ensuring compliance with IEC/ISO 17025 accreditation requirements, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Assist the Physical Laboratory Supervisor in monitoring workflow, ensuring tests are performed accurately and completed within the agreed turnaround time (TAT).
- Analyze test results, including conformity assessments, in accordance with the applicable decision rules.
- Ensure all test equipment and machinery are properly calibrated, maintained, and in optimal working condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe testing environment, including the sample room, equipment, and machines, while ensuring environmental conditions meet laboratory standards.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient test execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, specializing in Physical, Industrial, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Male, 30–35 years old, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in physical laboratory testing, particularly in related industries (e.g., furniture, building materials).
- Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and accreditation processes.
- Strong proficiency in English (reading & writing) and familiarity with MS Office applications.
