• Working with car electronic products, particularly for automotive manufacturers.
• Must be client-focused, working in conjunction with customer service support and automotive manufacturer QA team.
• Window contact with customers and the company both local and overseas.
• Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service support and automotive manufacturer to expedite repairs.
• Provide a communication link between the customers and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
• Analyze review and inspection findings to determine the source of problem, and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective action.
• Review reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning products to determine the nature and scope of problem.
• Manage, coordinate, and prevent product quality concerns using customer requirements.
• Develop local initiatives to improve quality monitoring system and reporting.
• Preparation PPAP and documentation related with QA Department.
• Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification of system.
• Studying and monitoring the products in term of quality management
• Other related duties may be assigned.
