2.Create and maintain dashboards to track marketing and sales performance Monitor lead sources and identify underperforming channels.

4.Analyze post-event data and track KPIs including NPS and attendance rates.
5.Develop reports and Operation system in Google Sheets for cross-functional teams.

2.Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
3.Ability to synthesize the findings in a visualized and easy to understand format with excellent skills in Excel & PowerPoint.
4.Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment.
5.Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule, including quickly turning around reports.
6.Passion for researching and working on project-based.
7.End-to-end ownership for a project is a must.
8.New graduates are welcome. (Experience in customer research is an advantage.)
9.Strong organizational and people skills, successful track record of coordinating between multiple project stakeholders. including product managers, sales and marketing teams.
10.Self-starter who possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations.
11.Ability to explain complex topics in an engaging and compelling manner to a variety of audiences.
