- Partner with business unit leaders to drive HR strategies that support operational goals and employee engagement.
- Provide end-to-end HR support, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee
relations, and organizational development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent role.
- Strong background in the restaurant, hospitality and/or retail sector is essential.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
