- Coordinate with government agencies (Department of Industrial Works, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare ) including the preparation of support documents to apply for the license to use/possession/export of chemical substances and hazardous materials.
- Updating laws, government regulations to report to the management for acknowledgment and corrective action
- Perform duties of specific personnel responsible for the storage of dangerous goods
- Support documentation and maintain ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and Process safety management (PSM)
- Implement incident investigation and occupational disease monitoring; measure working environment to ensure safe working conditions.
- Taking care of emergency equipment to ensure all equipment is well maintained and ready to use
- Prepare personal protective equipment
- Maintain and develop emergency plans and organize emergency drills / improve HSE awareness of employees and contractors
- Organize safety committee and set up safety committee monthly meeting
- Implement safety patrols periodically and report to top management
- Guide on correct handling and storage of chemicals and dangerous goods and proceed with all regulatory activities related to the Dangerous Goods Act
- Control and organize industrial waste management according to environmental laws
