Location: Smeg Thonglor (Accessible via BTS Thonglor)
Working Days: 6 days per week (off-days are not fixed on weekends)
Shifts:
Morning Shift: 08:30 – 17:30
Afternoon Shift: 10:00 – 19:00
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, executives' guests, and internal staff visiting the showroom.
- Provide product information, demonstrate usage, guide on installations, and accept repair requests.
- Coordinate via phone, email, and online platforms such as Facebook.
- Assist in showroom activities including staff training sessions, cooking classes, and internal meetings.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as processing purchase orders, repair forms, payment receipts, and depositing daily cash to the bank.
- Regularly inspect products and ensure water, electricity, gas systems, and showroom equipment are well-maintained and fully operational.
- Liaise with building management and related departments for facility coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
