• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure a
high level of customer satisfaction.
• Order Management: Oversee and manage customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment,
addressing any order-related issues.
• Coordination with Quality Assurance (QA) Department: Coordinate with the QA department to schedule
product inspections and address quality-related issues.
• Test Report Follow-up: Follow up and ensure the delivery of test reports from the QA department to
customers as required.
• Sales Report Preparation: Prepare sales reports and track orders with delivery deadlines, ensuring
product delivery time.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and process customer-required documentation as requested.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
