Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to work closely with Manager – Strategic Marketing in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager- Market Research & Support, your key tasks would be as below:
• Market Research - Quantitative & Qualitative secondary search for the consumer healthcare products and presenting the data in relevant, MS PowerPoint formats.
• Research & Analysis - Researching, collating & record Quantitative Market data from different internal sales dashboard & external dashboards like IQVIA, Nielson, Data monitor etc.
• Packaging & Artwork system support - Lead & co-ordinate the Packaging process which involve ideation, planning, and execution of new artworks as per directives from category managers in order to guide graphic designers in their day-to-day activities.
• Other responsibilities include arranging for pack shots, exploring vendors for special projects like video making, photoshoot etc.
• Coordination for Microsoft Teams & maintenance of global database.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy. MBA (Marketing) or any related field
• 0 – 5 years’ of experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Healthcare or FMCG industry.
• Strong in people & project management.
• Hands on experience of IQVIA, Nielson etc dashboards would be a plus
• Possess self-motivation, leadership and highly responsible.
• Professional use of MS Office
• Excellent communication in English language – speak, read, write
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate should have good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Good exposure in multicultural fast paced environment and open to learn new ways to assimilate & present data & Information
