Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Finance Manager to work closely with Regional Finance Director in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As Finance Manager, your key responsibilities are as below:
• Prepare monthly P&L of the country and business unit-wise P&L, expense report, working capital and balance sheet including variance analysis with respect to budget and previous period.
• Working closely with IT teams for maintaining and improving the efficiency of operating systems, ERPs, dashboards and other reporting systems in the location.
• Compliance with internal audit requirements and setting up & implementing effective compliance mechanism and internal controls.
• Coordinating with all teams and preparing required MIS for management reviews including monthly financial reporting & variance tracking.
• Managing statutory audits, tax audits, tax assessments and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and overtime develop good understanding of the local laws and regulations.

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Finance professional Qualification equivalent to CA / CPA.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience post-CA.
• Professional use of MS Office.
• Experience in working with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Should have team handling experience.
• Fluent in English both written & verbal
• Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing industry will be added advantage.
• Willingness to travel
