Mega Lifesciences is looking for an AI Specialist (HR Automation & AI)  to work closely with Corporate Human Capital Department in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunity to learn and to expand your portfolio.
Job Summary
As an AI Specialist (HR Automation & AI) , your key tasks are as below:
•	Conduct organizational assessments to identify opportunities for improving performance, culture, and structure.
•	Facilitate impactful change management initiatives, including communications and training.
•	Analyze HR data, generate insightful reports, and highlight trends to guide strategic improvements.
•	Understand & Review HR processes (onboarding, approvals, data management) to identify automation opportunities.
•	Design and implement automated workflows with Microsoft Power Automate to streamline operations.
•	Develop, test, and maintain HR chatbots using Microsoft Copilot Studio to support employees.
•	Act as an internal partner and subject matter expert for AI and automation solutions in HR.
•	Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure automation projects align with business needs and infrastructure.
•	Create engaging training materials, conduct workshops, and support HR in adopting automation tools.
•	Manage assigned Human Capital projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Applications are invited from the candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, IT, Engineering, or related field (new graduates are also welcome).
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio); hands-on projects will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Forms) with ability to integrate solutions.
• Understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• Experience with Power BI for HR dashboards and data analysis is a plus.
• Professional use of MS Office.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of skills development and capacity-building strategies.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate when appropriate.
• Willingness to work in Bangna, Bangkok.
Skill & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR Automation, combining curiosity for automation and AI with technical expertise in Microsoft 365 tools. You should be process-oriented, an excellent problem-solver, and eager to explore emerging technologies. Strong communication skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and a collaborative approach with HR colleagues will be critical to thriving in this role.
