• Focus on outstation services for Leica Microsystems, Leica Biosystems, and all products that the company distributed.
• To carry out all preventive maintenance and repair jobs which are followed by our customer commitments.
• Responsible for coordination with sales team on delivery, testing device process, product installation and operation process, and aftersales services tasks.
• Consistently achieves or exceeds service and parts sales performance goals
• Direct report service sales number and forecast to the service manager and work closely with the service manager and service team to implement a business plan and strategy that will contribute to the business growth
• Keeping track of key accounts cases progress as well as providing a monthly plan, weekly plan and daily basis report via CRM system.
• Committed to customer satisfaction and to build up customer loyalty towards our Company and product
• To ensure all service protocols as per Company ISO 9001 standard guideline.
