Quality New model Engineer

1) Responsible for ensuring the quality of new project to meet the customer,and JTEKT requirements.

2) Confirm the history problem are reviewed, and  analyzed in FMEA, reflected to new model

3) Review drawing specification, technical standard, and document control with APQP team

4) Confirm project change point, process, operation are suitable, correct, and complete as plan

5) Provide quality documents on project mile stone : Off tool, Off tool off process, HVPT, SOP

6) Review the inspection standard, drawing, and make agreement with customer

7) Verify inspection items and measurement method for new model

8) Investigate problem on trial each stage until initial control stage

9) Summary and review PPAP documents, P-FMEA, Control plan, Process flow, Full layout inspection, Cp Cpk, MSA, IMDS, Performance test report, and PSW

10) Customer window on new model development stage (quality) 

1. Male , Female Age 22-27 year

2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relate

3. Experience in position Quality Control Engineering 2-3 year or more 

4. Good communication and negotiator
