• Develop and ensure smoothly implement the corporate HR policies, procedures and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
• Create and monitor HR Key Performance Indicators to ensure service delivery is consistent and in line with agreed requirements.
• Being a key leader to support for factory KPI achievement and successfully manage all relevant factory administration and facility management.
• Manage the day-to-day performance and activities concerning with HR task including report to management and provide decision support through HR and General Administration concern.
• Oversee and provide professional advice to site HR leaders, line managers, and staffs on wide range of HR matters and people management issues including discipline, capability, restructures and performance management system that promote high performance & accountability.
• Work closely with sites HR Managers to provide proactive solution of recruitment, training need, benefits program and employee activities to achieve business targets as a positive working environment.
• Support current and future business needs through the organization development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Build and maintain a proactive relationship with staff and/or employee representative to increase employee engagement and morale level.
• Ensure well organization of general affairs to meet employee satisfaction with competitive labor cost.
• Update and report the labor force situation both internal and external, provide the counsel to prevent labor problems and solve labor issues and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Understanding and having strong knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility Policy.
• Understanding and complying with the International Organization for international standard & Policy (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, BSCI) and ethical code of conduct.
