- Oversee and manage the administration of machinery maintenance data and accounting expenditure information.
- Coordinate internally within the company on operational matters and usage procedures.
- Improve and rectify safety-related tasks within the factory.
- Supervise subordinates to ensure expertise in their respective roles and adherence to company regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Age between 23 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or other related fields.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in maintenance engineer
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SolidWorks / AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of PLC and electrical circuitry systems (Direct Start, Star Delta).
- Possesses resilience, the ability to work under pressure, and demonstrates responsibility.
- Personal vehicle and driver's license (preferred).
- Availability to work on Saturdays (1 - 2 times per month).
- Good command of English with a TOEIC score of over 350 (preferred).
