-Review and approve accounts payable entries and payment processing.
-Review adjustment transactions, such as exchange rate adjustments and accrued expenses.
-Ensure that invoices are issued accurately and in compliance with contracts and agreements.
-Review and approve receipts/invoices for sales tax.
-Verify the setup of customer database entries in the system.
-Check the accuracy of adjustment transactions, such as doubtful debt provisions, accrued revenue, and other items.
-Verify the accuracy of various financial reports.
-Monitor and review project costs to ensure compliance with estimated costs and contracts.
-Review and prepare accounting entries in accordance with accounting policies and company policies.
-Prepare a monthly expense summary report for operations.
-Prepare monthly EX-COM presentation slides.
-Compile monthly performance reports.
-Prepare corporate goal data.
-Develop monthly forecast performance reports for operations.
-Prepare BOD presentation materials for each quarter.
-Calculate deferred income tax.
-Ensure timely and accurate tax submissions.
-Prepare and submit operational performance reports for investment promotion purposes (if applicable).
Qualification:
- อายุ 31 - 35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 7 - 10 ปี
- สามารถคำนวณภาษีเงินได้ และนำส่งภาษีได้อย่างถูกต้องตรงเวลา
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและบริหารทีมงานได้
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี เช่น Excel, Word, Outlook และ Power Point
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (ฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน) ได้ดี หากมี TOEIC 600 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
