Key Responsibilities
• Develop and lead content strategy and communication direction across all major platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, LINE OA, YouTube)
• Generate concepts, messaging frameworks, and original content drafts
• Oversee content quality and consistency across copy, visual, and video teams
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, and Ads teams to ensure brand-aligned execution
• Stay updated on global content trends and apply innovative approaches
• Coach and grow the team in both creative mindset and technical skills—enabling them to plan, develop, and execute campaigns independently with structure and clarity
