Organization and Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and culturally astute Organization Culture & Training Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. This role is responsible for promoting and embedding company culture through training initiatives, employee engagement programs, and strategic communication. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure cultural alignment across regions and departments, while also supporting L&D efforts tailored to local and global teams.

• Design, implement, and monitor organization culture programs that align with corporate values and business strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
• Deliver training workshops and culture-related sessions in Mandarin and English.
• Develop internal communication materials to promote values, mission, and behavioral expectations.
• Act as a cultural ambassador to bridge understanding between Chinese and international teams.
• Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires are culturally aligned from Day 1.
• Analyze feedback from engagement surveys and provide actionable insights to enhance workplace culture.
• Collaborate with L&D team to integrate culture into leadership development and talent programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in organizational development, training, or HR business partnering roles.
• Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese speaker or excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural or cross-border environment is preferred.
• High emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and people-first mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a multinational company, especially with Chinese business culture.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools, etc.).
• Knowledge of tools such as Gallup Strengths, DISC, or other culture/behavioral assessments.
