We are seeking a passionate and culturally astute Organization Culture & Training Specialist who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. This role is responsible for promoting and embedding company culture through training initiatives, employee engagement programs, and strategic communication. You will work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure cultural alignment across regions and departments, while also supporting L&D efforts tailored to local and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and monitor organization culture programs that align with corporate values and business strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement.
- Deliver training workshops and culture-related sessions in Mandarin and English.
- Develop internal communication materials to promote values, mission, and behavioral expectations.
- Act as a cultural ambassador to bridge understanding between Chinese and international teams.
- Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires are culturally aligned from Day 1.
- Analyze feedback from engagement surveys and provide actionable insights to enhance workplace culture.
- Collaborate with L&D team to integrate culture into leadership development and talent programs.
