- Oversee the preparation of quotation documents for E-bidding and E-Market related to drug procurement, ensuring completeness for submission to hospitals.
- Verify the accuracy of all documents before submission and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Notify price adjustments and handle all relevant documents related to quotations.
- Regularly report work outcomes to management along with suggestions for process improvements.
2. Monitoring procurement announcements
- Check government agency procurement announcements through relevant websites.
- Assess the feasibility and potential benefits of participating in bidding or auctions.
3. Coordinating with internal departments
- Collaborate with all related departments to gather necessary information.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in preparing client quotations.
4. Team and system development
- Supervise the quotation team, provide guidance, and enhance their skills to ensure effective performance.
- Continuously improve the quotation process to be faster and more accurate.
