Due to the replacement, we are seeking for a designer, architect, cabinetmaker, metallurgist, to manage the team and projects to design samples, cases, models, and display. Most of our products are painted, covered with different materials such as acrylic, leather, and aluminum.
You will report to Manager and you will work with the Headquarter located in Europe.
You will ensure the progress with a team, and prepare presentation plans, the research on materials to be used and the quotes.
You will be responsible for sample drawing and planning.
You will prepare template, technical sheet or worksheet for operation.
You will work on the parts manually or with a machine: jointer, router, lathes, mortising machine, and assemble the parts after testing set-up and fixing them with glue, …
You will ensure the proper finishing process: prepare the wood, sand, paint, lacquer, patina and varnish the product, and install mountings and fittings.
You will be required to manage for the achievement of the following missions:
- Complete technical drawings
- Order materials
- Cost estimation
- Deliver product on time
- Control sample quality
- Follow-up and develop manufacturing process
- Propose corrective actions for encountered problems
- Complete and optimize manufacturing costs
- Run the meeting with your team
- You will have the mission to train your employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering in related field
- Have an experience in packaging/products/interior design and project management
- Good command of Auto CAD, Autodesk Inventor or other design tools
- Good in time management, out of box thinking, service mind
- Strong communication skill
- Good command in English
