- Manage the project to improve production lines from the feasibility phase to the development
- Participate in studies and implementation of new industrial resources (design of tools, jig, balancing and layout of workstations, continuous improvement projects, Kaizen projects, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, etc.)
- Formalize and set up indicators for the methods industrialization service in line with other production sites
- Create and set up reference documents for the industrialization methods service (instructions, operating mode, form)
Optimization and organization in production line.
- Analyze dysfunctions and participate to the implementation of a continuous improvement process.
- Studies prior to the conduct of reliability projects, production increases and loss reduction projects, in collaboration with production engineers (production managers).
Establish medium and long term production plans.
- Build and monitor daily activity indicators for production workshops (dashboards, graphics, etc.), then optimize production rates.
- Research for technical and economic solutions to optimize production costs (reduce consumption of raw materials ...).
Technical studies on production processes
- Break down and analyze the different stages of the manufacturing process to make production processes more reliable.
- Write technical reports (protocols, operating instructions) on the procedures to follow in terms of safety and environment in connection with technical experts, engineers of the design office and environmental safety engineers
- Bachelor of Engineer in Industrial, Manufacturing or related fields
- 5-10 years working experience or more
- Good command of English and computer programs
