- Design, develop, and evaluate training programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and operational standards.
- Create innovative learning materials and activities that cater to diverse learning styles and resonate with modern audiences.
- Monitor and assess training effectiveness, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and ensure successful program implementation.
- Support operational teams by providing hands-on training at branch locations when required.
- (Optional) Deliver training sessions as a facilitator or instructor to employees at various levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in curriculum design and operational training.
- Experience in the restaurant industry (preferred) or prior experience in operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively as both a team player and a leader.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to separate professional and personal perspectives effectively.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to rapid changes.
- Willingness to go to retail outlets and operational sites as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
