Team Leadership: Build and lead the corporate team, ensuring operational excellence, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
Corporate Setup & Incorporation: Manage and oversee company establishment processes, including corporate registrations, amendments, and related formalities for new investments in Thailand.
Licensing & Regulatory Compliance: Supervise and coordinate applications for licenses, including Foreign Business Licenses (FBL) and Board of Investment (BOI) applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Document Drafting & Review: Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and various legal documents in both Thai and English, ensuring accuracy, compliance with legal standards, and alignment with client requirements.
Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead due diligence processes, including document review, organizing findings, and preparing detailed reports to support mergers, acquisitions, and investment strategies.
Client Representation: Coordinate and negotiate with Thai authorities on behalf of clients, ensuring smooth communication and regulatory compliance throughout the process.
Advisory Support: Provide expert consultancy services to clients on investment promotion activities, regulatory applications, and legal frameworks related to corporate activities.
Mentorship & Training: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a reputable university.
Thai Lawyer License is mandatory.
Thai Bar qualification is preferred but not required.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in corporate legal services, including company due diligence, registration, licensing, and investment promotion applications.
Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently and provide strategic solutions.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams and overseeing workflows.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both Thai and English.
In-depth knowledge of Thai corporate laws, BOI regulations, and foreign investment procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, particularly within a Thai-Chinese business context.
